If you find content on the Good Market site that does not meet community guidelines or minimum standards, contribute to the community by flagging it for removal. There is a flag icon next to vendor feedback, conversations, replies, products, services, and other offers or needs. Click the flag icon, select a reason that you think the content should be removed, and click submit.
Flagging a Vendor
When vendors apply, they are reminded that misrepresentation could damage their brand and their business. Their claims about products, services and operations are shared publicly.
You can flag a vendor if you have evidence they made a false claim or that the approved brand does not meet Good Market minimum standards.
Flagging starts a review process. If it is found that an organization intentionally made a false claim, they may lose their standing as a Good Market vendor.
When you click the flag on the vendor page, it will take you to new page. Select which specific claims you think are false and provide a written explanation for each one. Supporting evidence is encouraged. Photos, documents, and other files can be uploaded before submitting.
In order to protect the identity of workers, suppliers, service providers, and customers, the flagging process is anonymous. A Good Market team member may contact you by email to request additional information or provide an update on the review.
